14 days FULL right of return
When shopping at Equitec, you generally always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you received your item. Equitec requires that you return the item in the same condition as you received it.
This means that the item must not show visible signs of use and all tags, prices, and labels must still be attached.
How to proceed:
- Feel free to contact us at info@equitec.dk so we know why you wish to return, perhaps we can help you find the right equipment.
- Then simply pack the returned item securely and send it back to us. Remember to enclose a copy of the invoice or order with the return.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the returned part of your order via your bank (please provide your account details when returning).

We offer free shipping regardless of package size and therefore do not offer free returns
Refund:
For items purchased on www.equitec.dk and returned, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via bank transfer to your account (account number must be provided when returning).
